Once your site is up and running and you have posted a few articles, you can add affiliate links. But remember, you can't treat it the same way as the micro-niche sites that were popular a few years ago. You need to be clever. Don't put affiliate links on every post.

Also, do not use banners on your site unless you are using a PPC advertising network to generate extra income. Banners are no longer allowed. Instead, you should create articles whose sole purpose is to promote a particular product, without making it look like you are advertising that product.

Basically, it should show some form of how to use the product without looking like an advertisement. For example, let's say you want to sell a very cool kitchen utensil. You can make a video of yourself making a dish using that tool to show how great it is. (Or you can embed other people's videos and talk about how great it is in your article).

Then, at the end of the article, you can put an affiliate link for that product. Do not use banners or anything like that. This is to avoid being too promotional, but at the same time, don't hide the fact that you are using an affiliate link.

I probably only promote affiliate products in 1:5 articles or 1:10 articles. However, if you promote affiliate links more often than that, people will be blinded by the affiliate links and think you are only thinking about money rather than user experience. In the long run, the fewer ads you have, the more money you will make because people will visit your site more often in anticipation of new content.

Also, when purchasing products, be sure to find the best of the best. If possible, test the product yourself to see if it really works. Trying the product yourself will make the promotion more credible and increase sales since you can post your own photos and videos.

Also, try to promote products in a wide range of prices; if you only promote products that cost $100 or more, people will get bored. Not everyone can afford to buy expensive products often. Try to throw in a $5 product once in a while.

"I can't believe how cheap this is!" You can say. Also, don't worry about the small commission you get when you promote a $5 product. Many people will order more than just the $5 product, and if they buy it, you make money too.

Traffic Generation

The most difficult part of this process may be finding traffic, but even that is not particularly difficult once you understand the various social media and how they work. Getting traffic to your website is easier than ever before.

It's a good idea to have a presence on all the prominent social sites such as:

1. YouTube

2. Pinterest

3. twitter

4. Facebook

5. Instagram

6. Snapchat

If you're not very familiar with social media, now is the time to change that. These days, if you want to be successful online, social media is a must, unless you are willing to spend a fortune on paid advertising. And these days, the most effective paid advertising is often on social networks. In any case, you need to be proficient in using all the major networks.
If you want to start learning how to effectively use social media to promote your website, I suggest you check out the following sites

This site has a lot of articles and tutorials to help you get started using social media. If you stay on this site for a couple of days, you can learn the basics of all the major social media platforms in no time.
If you don't want to jump into too many new sites at once. If you don't want to dabble in too many sites at once, that's okay to start with.

There are really three sites that you should focus on first.

Facebook - This is the goldmine of social media. It is important to create a fan page for your website ASAP.

Pinterest - There are not many sites that will bring you more traffic than Pinterest if you use it correctly. Post frequently, post relevant content that is likely to be re-pinned, and follow as many accounts as possible that are relevant to your niche.

3. Instagram - You may have been expecting Twitter as your third site, but I actually find Instagram to be much more effective than Twitter. There is no "secret sauce" to Instagram. Follow relevant users, like and comment on their content. and comment on their content, and post great images with relevant hashtags on a regular basis. It's that easy.

The next thing you should focus on is Twitter, then YouTube, and then other social media such as Snapchat.
Be careful to let your social media grow at a natural rate. Following or commenting on too many people too fast can get you banned.
